
Minhaj University Lahore hosted a beautiful ceremony to celebrate the birthday of Baba Guru Nanak Dev Ji, the spiritual guide of Sikhism.
The event, held at the Shaykh-ul-Islam Institute of Spiritual Studies, was graced by the special participation of a Sikh delegation from the USA, Canada, and the UK, led by CEO Sikh Tribal Canada, Sardar Jaspir Singh Bopa Rae.
Director Interfaith Relations, MUL, Mr. Sohail Ahmed Raza, welcomed the delegation. In his speech, he emphasized that "Minhaj University Lahore is a center of knowledge, love, and tolerance for people of all faiths."
Sardar Jaspir Singh Bopa Rae expressed his profound gratitude for the university's warm hospitality and goodwill. He stated, "Shaykh-ul-Islam Prof. Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri is a global ambassador for interfaith harmony and human respect. His vision guarantees the unity of all humanity. Visiting here has made us realize that humanity, not religion, is the fundamental bond that connects us all."
The event concluded with a cake-cutting ceremony in honor of Baba Guru Nanak. The delegation was also given a tour of the university's other academic and administrative departments.
